How do I open an account?

If you are likely to make 4-5 bookings per month, then we would consider opening an account. However, your first delivery must be pre-paid, as new accounts take 3 days to process.

Can I make changes to a collection that already placed?

Yes, we know things can happen during the way, so just let us know and if the vehicle is available to accept the changes, we are happy to accommodate anything for you.

My item/s are very small, should I pay the same?

Depens of the items, size and weight of your goods, we are able to provide the right price and transport.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all of our shipments are fully trackable. Each vehicle is GPS tracked and we provide key ‘milestone’ updates throughout the whole consignment process. Once your goods have been collected you are provided with a 30-minutes delivery ETA window.

What happens to the packaging that my goods come with e.g. shrink wrap and pallet?

All goods and packaging is the property of the person accepting delivery so will be left with them. This can cause some frustration if you are sending goods to a private address. We can for an additional fee remove the packaging. Please let us know if you require this.

Which vehicle do I need?

Depens of the items, size and weight of your goods, we are able to provide the right price and transport.

How to pack my items?

The joy of using our service is that little packaging is required. As each job is allocated its own vehicle there is a reduced risk of damages meaning that you can save money on excess packaging. If you require blankets or straps, just let us know when you are doing the booking.

Can I contact the driver?

Yes, we ensure that both collection and delivery contacts are provided when booking which enables our drivers to make contact with either when they are nearby and if requested.

How to rebook my collection?

Please call as as soon as you know the changes in your booking, so we can rebook the delivery for you.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via card or bank transfer. Invoices are provided for all payments.

What insurance is included?

Your goods are insured up to the value of £10,000 per consignment. Additional insurance cover is available on request.

Can you transport hazardous goods?

No, we are unable to transport any goods that would require an ADR license or ADR style handling.

Can you transport a pet?

Unfortunately we cannot carry live animals or living creatures of any kind.

Can my package get lost?

No. Your delivery starts and ends in the dedicated vehicle, unless we specify otherwise. A signature is collected at the point of delivery to verify the safe delivery.

I need regular deliveries between various offices, do you offer this service?
